BioFIT Intelligence reads health data to show your recovery and build your training. Most of that data never leaves your device. This page explains exactly what is read, what is stored, and the two cases where information is sent to a service outside the app.

With your permission, BioFIT reads the following from Apple Health. You grant this in the Health permission sheet and can change it at any time in Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › BioFIT Intelligence.
BioFIT reads only what it needs for the screens you use. Denying any type does not break the app — the affected card explains what is missing instead.
BioFIT writes only the blood pressure readings you enter yourself back to Apple Health, so your records stay in one place. Nothing else is written.
The following is stored locally and is not transmitted to us or anyone else:
Deleting the app removes all of it. Data already written to Apple Health stays in Apple Health, under your control.
There are exactly two cases. Both go through a gateway we operate on Cloudflare, which forwards the request to Google Gemini. The gateway exists so that no API key ever ships inside the app; it does not store the contents of your requests.
If you allow AI insights, BioFIT sends summary figures only — such as a recovery score, an average heart-rate variability, or a count of sessions — to write your daily brief and weekly review. Your name, dates and raw health records are never sent. This is off until you agree to it, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings › AI insights. Turning it off deletes the saved AI text, and BioFIT falls back to its own built-in analysis.
When you create or regenerate a training plan, BioFIT sends the answers from your training setup so a plan can be generated: your goal, experience level, sessions per week, session length, available equipment, any physical restrictions you flagged, and exercises you asked to include or avoid. This happens whenever you build a plan, including when AI insights are switched off. No Apple Health data and no identifying information are included. If the request fails, BioFIT builds the plan on your device instead.
Each request carries a random identifier generated on your device, used only to apply rate limits and never linked to you.
BioFIT Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active; it receives purchase details and an anonymous identifier, not your name or email.

Data on your device is kept until you delete it or remove the app. Requests passed through our gateway are not stored; only counts needed for rate limiting are held briefly. Google processes requests under its own terms as a service provider.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data, and to object to processing. Because BioFIT has no accounts and keeps your data on your device, you can exercise most of these yourself using the steps above. For anything else, write to nasdin.lab@gmail.com.
BioFIT Intelligence is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
